The High Barn Shed Classic. Accommodating.
Are you tired of stumbling over your Christmas decorations to get to your lawnmower? Or perhaps you own livestock and want to store some hay or feed. Whatever your situation is, if you’re in love with the Barn look, it may be time for your very own from Kauffman Structures.
What is the High Barn Shed?
The name pretty much says it all for the High Barn. It is built with big storage space in mind. You get your sidewall outdoor storage shed space along with a loft, all with that nostalgic “barn” feeling.
This is where it started years ago here at Kauffman Structures. The mini-barn was the original and only product line. Since then, designs have evolved and the High Barn has mostly taken the place of the original mini-barn. It keeps the great barn look and adds the taller sidewall to get as much storage space as possible into your Kauffman building.
What are the features of the High Barn Shed?
The High Barn shed comes standard with 5 foot wide double doors on the end of the shed. This door can be optioned to any side of the shed, or you can just add another door to the side for easier access.
The Standard 77″ sidewalls gives you plenty of wall height for shelves and hanging tools. However if your shed is 12′ wide than the standard is an 81″ sidewall for added headroom and structural integrity. The High barn also comes standard with a metal roof for ultimate weather protection.
Every High Barn comes with a 6 ft. loft area where you can store those items you don’t need on a daily basis. This loft area can also customized for even more storage area.
The High Barn comes standard with no windows so you might want to add a few windows to bring in some natural light and give your High Barn more curb appeal.
How can I get my own High Barn Shed?
1. PRIORITIZE
Identify what you’d like your shed to do for you.
- What do you want to store?
- How do you want to access it?
- What kind of “look” do you want?
Think carefully about your objectives before you purchase your building.
2. PURCHASE
Review your options and make your choice.
- To choose your shed, consider which size and style will best fit your needs, as well as how each style will fit into your location.
- When you’re ready to order, first choose your colors, then any add-on options.
- Send us a security deposit to place your order. You can choose either a cash sale, or a convenient rent to own contract.
3. PREPARE
Get ready to land a beautiful backyard.
- We recommend a gravel base to set the shed on. If this is not a good option for you, we are happy to offer you some more ideas and options.
- Look for any low hanging wires or tree branches that will be in the way of getting the shed to the desired location.
- We encourage you to do any necessary tree trimming prior to delivery of your structure.
