Payment Policy

Purchasing a building from Kauffman Structures typically occurs in two steps. A security deposit is collected during order placement, and the remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery. Terms for rent-to-own are outlined in a unique customer agreement.We accept online payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), and in-person or mailed payments by cash, check, or money order.Local sales tax is collected for Iowa residents.

Site Preparation Policy

Site preparation is your responsibility as a customer. We can supply blocks and leveling for an additional charge.
